I always says human being as a whole is a being lacking of experience. because we can not transfer experience from generations to generations, from one to another. for example, even if a woman read a lot of books about giving birth to a baby, she still has to repeat the same mistakes or errors again and again.
My advisor established a law in Psychology followed as his name: Frese error law, which says everyone have to make at least 3-5 errors per hour.
